We are looking for an Interior Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of HOTEL interior projects in Tirupati, You will be the key link between design, clients, vendors, and site teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Review design drawings, BOQs, and scope of work before site handover
- Create detailed project schedules, milestones, and resource plans
- Coordinate daily site activities and ensure work aligns with approved drawings
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as primary point of contact for clients during execution phase
- Conduct regular site meetings and share progress updates, photos, and status reports
- Handle client change requests and document approvals
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Manage subcontractors, carpenters, electricians, painters, and material vendors
- Negotiate rates, issue work orders, and track vendor performance
- Ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and quality-checked on time
Budget & Cost Control
- Track project costs vs BOQ and flag variances early
- Approve contractor bills and ensure payments are aligned with work completed
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Quality & Compliance
- Enforce quality standards,
safety protocols, and finishing benchmarks
- Conduct quality checks at each stage: civil, MEP, carpentry, painting, installation
- Ensure snag-free handover with client sign-off
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
3+ years of hands-on experience in interior project execution for residential/commercial spaces
Robust knowledge of materials, finishes, MEP basics, and construction processes
Proficient in reading drawings, BOQs, and site measurements
Working knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools is a plus
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple sites and work under deadlines
Preferred
Experience with high-end residential or retail/hospitality interiors
Familiar with local vendors, labor rates, and market material costs
Basic knowledge of contracts and legal documentation
