PETROL PUMP MANAGER

Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai

Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Petrol Pump Manager to independently manage day-to-day operations of a busy retail fuel outlet. The ideal candidate should be robust in staff management, sales monitoring, cash control, stock reconciliation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day petrol pump operations

- Supervise and allocate duties to all staff

- Monitor MS, HSD, CNG and lubricant sales

- Ensure accurate daily stock and sales reconciliation

- Monitor cash, UPI and card collections

- Daily reconciliation

- Monitor dispenser and tank stock variations

- Maintain discipline and attendance of staff

- Handle customer complaints and operational issues

- Ensure proper fuelling practices and customer service

- Monitor CCTV and prevent unauthorised transactions/malpractice





- Maintain required records and documentation

- Ensure cleanliness, safety and compliance at the outlet

- Prepare daily operational reports for management Candidate Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant experience - Petrol pump/retail/FMCG/logistics experience preferred

- Strong staff-management skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, of accounts and reconciliation

- Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shifts

- Honest, disciplined and responsible Petrol pump experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
