About Ojin Bakes

Ojin Bakes is looking for a creative, experienced, and highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialistto manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate should have strong digital marketing knowledge along with excellent photography and videography skills, as they will be responsible for creating, managing, and publishing engaging content across our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase Ojin Bakes' brand awareness, reach, engagement, and customer growth.
- Manage Ojin Bakes' social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.
- Create, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality photos and videos of our products, bakery, team, events, offers, and behind-the-scenes activities.
- Handle professional food/product photography and videography for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging Reels, Stories, posts, promotional videos, and other social media content.
- Write creative captions and develop content that aligns with the Ojin Bakes brand.
- Monitor social media trends, viral content, hashtags, and competitor activities and implement relevant trends for the brand.
- Coordinate and execute campaigns for new products, seasonal promotions, offers, festivals, and special occasions.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, leads, and other key metrics.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the management and bakery team to identify content opportunities and promotional ideas.
- Maintain a consistent brand image and visual identity across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, social media, photography, videography,



and content-creation trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing/social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, Stories, and other social media platforms.
- Expertise in photography and videography, especially food/product photography and short-form video content.
- Strong skills in video editing and photo editing.
- Ability to independently plan, shoot, edit, and publish social media content.
- Good knowledge of social media marketing, content strategy, hashtags, and audience engagement.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual details and presentation.
- Positive communication and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in the food, bakery, restaurant, hospitality, or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.

Preferred Technical Skills

Experience with tools such as:

- Adobe Photoshop / Lightroom
- Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects
- Canva
- CapCut or similar video-editing applications
- Instagram and Meta Business Suite
- Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, trend-aware, and hands-on. This is not just a social media posting role — the candidate should be capable of taking an idea from concept → photography/videography → editing → caption → posting → performance analysis.
