Skills Required: End-of-Life Vehicle Sourcing, Dealer & Fleet Engagement, Negotiation, Compliance Documentation, Vehicle Logistics, Market Analysis & Channel Sales.

Objective:To identify, engage, and on-board suppliers of End-of-Life Vehicles (ELVs) including OEM dealers, fleet owners, institutions, and aggregators, ensuring a steady and profitable inflow of ELVs for dismantling and recycling.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with OEM dealerships, used car aggregators, and local yards.
- Achieve monthly sourcing and procurement targets for ELVs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation requirements for each ELV sourced.
- Collect, analyze,



and report market intelligence on price trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate logistics for vehicle movement to RVSF (Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility).
- Support local promotional campaigns and exchange program activations.

Required Skills / Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Engineering or Commerce preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in auto trade, scrap procurement, or channel sales.
- Negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Basic understanding of vehicle valuation and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
