Brief Job Description:

- Enquiry Management: Handle walk-in, telephonic, and email inquiries, ensuring a high conversion rate of these inquiries into student enrolments.
- Sales Growth: Actively work to increase the sales volume by promoting the center's programs and courses, directly contributing to the center's revenue growth.
- Batch Management: Ensure that adequate batch sizes are achieved, coordinating closely with faculties and the center manager to meet deadlines for starting recent batches.
- Student Selection Coordination: Assist in organizing the student selection process, working collaboratively with faculty and management to ensure a smooth and efficient procedure.
- Data Management & Reporting: Streamline student data, update records regularly, and maintain accurate reports on key metrics such as bookings and billing. Regularly monitor and report on performance against these metrics.
