Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and scale Google Ads campaigns focused on high-intent conversions (CPS model)Build and optimize bottom-funnel keyword strategies that drive maximum purchase intentContinuously optimize for CPA, ROAS, and profitabilityLeverage smart bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, value-based bidding) for scalingIdentify and expand high-converting funnels & arbitrage opportunitiesConduct deep performance analysis (intent mapping, search terms, funnel drop-offs)Run A/B tests on ad copies, landing pages, and conversion flowsManage budgets aggressively while maintaining positive ROI benchmarksCollaborate with affiliate & advertiser teams for offer alignment & scalingEnsure real-time issue identification & optimization cycles aligned with performance KPIs
Requirements





- 3+ years of experience in Google Ads (conversion-focused campaigns)
- Strong experience in CPS / Affiliate / Performance Marketing
