Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations, including product listings, seller account handling, portal coordination, and safety/claim management across major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Portal Handling

- Manage day-to-day operations on marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart
- Upload and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
- Coordinate inventory updates, stock availability, and order processing
- Monitor portal performance, visibility, and listing compliance

Account Handling

- Handle seller account health, metrics, and performance dashboards
- Resolve order issues, returns, cancellations, and customer escalations
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth fulfillment and dispatch

Safety Claims & Dispute Management

- Manage safety claims, safe-T claims, and seller protection cases
- Handle chargebacks, loss/damage claims, and dispute documentation




- Follow up with marketplace support teams for timely resolution

Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare sales, return, and claim reconciliation reports
- Track payouts, deductions, and settlement discrepancies
- Ensure adherence to marketplace policies and SLAs

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Knowledge of safety claims, dispute handling, and account health metrics
- Good MS Excel skills and basic data analysis
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling multiple e-commerce portals
- Understanding of marketplace policies and seller compliance
- Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple tasks
