About the Internship

FITISTAN is hiring a Supply Chain & Logistics Intern to support daily operations related to inventory, shipping, and logistics coordination. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real supply chain operations in a fast-paced startup environment and is ideal for candidates interested in operations, logistics, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities Inventory & Supply Management

- Update and monitor inventory levels regularly
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

Shipping & Dispatch Coordination

- Coordinate packing, shipping, and dispatch activities
- Ensure timely delivery and correct shipment documentation

Vendor & Partner Communication

- Communicate with vendors and logistics partners
- Track shipments and resolve delivery or logistics issues

Operational Support

- Assist with day-to-day logistics operations
- Respond to internal and external logistics-related queries

Who Can ApplyEducation

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business or a related field

Skills Required

- Positive proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets — basic formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, and data handling




- Basic understanding of Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Knowledge of inventory management, stock tracking, order processing, and dispatch operations
- Ability to maintain inventory records, purchase orders, shipment details, and stock reports
- Basic understanding of WMS or inventory management software is a plus
- Strong data entry and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prepare daily/weekly MIS and operational reports
- Valuable communication and coordination skills with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced operational environment
