Job Description:

We are hiring Mobilizers for the DDUGKY project to support field mobilization activities across Meghalaya. The role involves community outreach, candidate mobilization, and enrollment for skill development program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field visits, awareness campaigns, and community outreach activities.
- Mobilize eligible youth for DDUGKY training programs.
- Build strong relationships with panchayats, NGOs, colleges, and local communities.
- Counsel students and parents about course benefits and employment opportunities.
- Achieve enrollment targets within defined timelines.
- Maintain mobilization records and reports.
- Support documentation and onboarding of candidates.





Candidate Requirements (Mandatory – Mobilizer Role):

- Male & Female candidates both can apply.
- Candidates must be from Meghalaya.
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of DDUGKY mobilization experience is mandatory.
- Willing to travel extensively across Khasi, Garo & Jaintia Hills.
- Comfortable working in field, rural & semi-urban areas.
- Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
