Vrishaya Tyres Global Private Limited is looking for an experienced Sales Manager – OTR Tyres to join our growing team.

Position: Sales Manager – OTR (Off-the-Road) Tyres

Experience: 5+ years in the Tyre Industry, preferably in OTR / Mining / Earthmover / Construction Tyres

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage sales of OTR tyres across mining, construction, infrastructure and industrial segments.
- Build strong relationships with mining companies, contractors, fleet owners, dealers and OEMs.
- Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer/dealer network.
- Handle product presentations, quotations, negotiations and order closures.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right tyre specifications, patterns and applications.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and product movement.
- Coordinate with the technical and management teams for customer support and claims.
- Regularly visit mining sites, construction projects and key customers.

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of relevant experience in tyre sales, with strong exposure to the OTR segment.
- Experience with OTR, TBR, mining, earthmover or industrial tyres will be preferred.




- Good understanding of tyre applications, patterns, sizes and operating conditions.
- Strong network among mining contractors, fleet owners, dealers and industrial customers is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Must be target-oriented and capable of independently developing new markets.
