Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell relevant products and services to existing clients
- Collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth

Requirements

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing business requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
