Job Description

DPlus Diagnocare is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our laboratory and diagnostic services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building solid relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients for laboratory diagnostic services
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients
- Promote pathology and diagnostic test services
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Coordinate with laboratory operations for smooth service delivery
- Conduct competitor and market analysis

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Microbiology, or Business Administration
- 1–5 years of experience in diagnostics, healthcare sales, pharma sales, or lab services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of laboratory/diagnostic workflows preferred
- Ability to travel for field sales activities
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
