We are looking for a WordPress/CRM Developer who can also take ownership of our internal CRM system, combining website development with CRM configuration and automation responsibilities.

Working as a WordPress/CRM Developer at Navtech, you will:

- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, including custom themes, plugins, and page layouts
- Ensure website performance, security, and responsiveness across devices
- Manage website updates, bug fixes, and ongoing maintenance
- Build and maintain lead capture forms and landing pages, ensuring smooth data flow into the CRM
- Own, configure, and maintain Navtech's CRM system (Pipedrive) — including custom fields, workflows, automations, and API level integrations
- Configure custom CRM dashboards, views, and automated workflows and alerts for leadership visibility
- Support sales/BD teams with deal stages, activity logs, pipeline records
- Ensure CRM data quality and hygiene through structured validation and clean-up processes
- Take up CRM development and automation-related tasks beyond standard configuration
- Onboard team members, create SOPs, provide training

Who Are We Looking For Exactly?

- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer,



with robust knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Experience building and customizing WordPress themes and plugins
- Working knowledge of any CRM platform, such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms such as Zapier or Make
- Good understanding of CRM data structures and workflow automation
- Good debugging and troubleshooting skills across both website and CRM systems
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
