We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Telecaller/Telesales to lead and motivate the telesales team, drive sales performance, maintain customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. Candidates with strong experience in Real Estate or Construction sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set and monitor weekly and monthly sales targets for the telesales team.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor team members to achieve sales objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints and concerns.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance.
- Prepare, compile, and present regular sales reports to management.
- Organise sales visits and support the team in presenting products/projects to customers.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers to develop and implement effective telesales strategies.
- Motivate team members and encourage them to achieve maximum performance.
- Review sales records and ensure sales figures are accurate and properly maintained.
- Coach and train team members on effective telesales techniques and customer handling.
- Monitor calls, follow-ups, conversions, and overall team productivity.

- Make effective sales decisions based on market and team performance.

- Should have proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing a telesales team.
- Must be confident in handling customers, team members, and sales escalations.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
