- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain visa services (Student Visa, Visitor Visa, PR, etc.)
- Handle inbound inquiries from interested clients
- Provide accurate information about visa requirements, process, and documentation
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper records
- Convert inquiries into admissions/visa applications
- Schedule appointments for counselling sessions
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM
- Build strong relationships with clients
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,288.69 per month
