Position: Spare Parts In-Charge

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the complete spare parts operations, including inventory, procurement, storage, issuance, and coordination with the service and workshop teams to ensure the timely availability of required parts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day spare parts department operations.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records.
- Prepare and process spare parts orders based on requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of parts for service and repair jobs.
- Issue parts to technicians and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor rapid-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving parts.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.




- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians and Accounts team.
- Handle warranty-related parts and returns as per company procedures.
- Prepare stock, purchase, sales, and other required reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized spare parts store.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Automobile, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in automobile dealership spare parts operations preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
