POSITION SUMMARY

We're looking for someone who lives for a great pitch, obsesses over strategy, and knows one perfectly-timed LinkedIn message can change everything an MBA in Marketing who's sharp, hungry, and excited to use AI to move faster than everyone else.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

- This is real work, high visibility - it lands on the CEO's desk.
- Strategy - Co-build and execute sales & marketing strategies that actually move the needle.
- Outreach - Own cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns that get replies, not silence.
- Sales Navigator - Hunt down and engage the right prospects, not just any prospects.
- CRM - Keep the pipeline clean, updated, and always deal-ready.
- Presentations - Build decks sharp enough to walk into any boardroom.
- Stakeholder Coordination - Work across teams and directly with leadership to get things done. AI-Powered Execution - Use AI tools to research, write, and reach out faster than the competition.
- Ideas, Unprompted - Bring fresh thinking to the table before anyone has to ask for it.

THE MUST-HAVES

- MBA in Marketing- non-negotiable, this is the foundation we're building on.
- A genuine, unmistakable passion for sales and marketing - not just a career checkbox.
- Excellent communication and writing skills- pitches, emails, decks, all without breaking a sweat.
- Mandatory: hands-on command of AI tools (ChatGPT,



Claude, or similar) to work faster and smarter.
- Solid presentation skills- you can build and deliver a deck that lands.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools.
- Real experience with LinkedIn outreach and Sales Navigator.
- Sharp coordination skills- juggling people and priorities is second nature to you.
- Aproactive, strategic mindset- you spot the problem and bring the solution before anyone asks.
- Confidence working directly with stakeholders and leadership.
- Above all: a fierce willingness to learn, adapt, and excel.
