Key Responsibilities

- Develop and generate Import, Export, and Import LCL business for the Container Freight Station (CFS) by building strong relationships with consignees, Custom House Agents (CHAs), freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
- Enhance brand visibility and market presence by promoting CFS services among prospective customers, trade partners, and existing clients.
- Collaborate with operations teams to design and implement customized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring seamless service delivery aligned with customer requirements.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, analyze business performance, and develop short-term and long-term sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
- Manage and nurture existing customer relationships through regular business reviews, monitoring volume trends,



and identifying opportunities to increase business.
- Drive revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling of value-added logistics solutions, including CFS, Empty Container Depot (ECD), Bonded Warehousing, and General Warehousing services.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
