Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Solar Industry

Unisolar Power Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1–2 years
Industry Preference: Experience in the Solar or Renewable Energy industry is preferred
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across technical, sales, operations, and corporate roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, offer releases,



and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Support manpower planning and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.
