We are looking for young, high energy individuals who can efficiently manage backend operations and coordinate well with teams.

Key responsibilities

- Ensure consistent, reliable and accurate service for product information, recent business and policy servicing to customers
- Processing of servicing requests as per the organisation process and norms
- Front ending for customer queries and resolving their issues, coordinating with central teams for customer complaint resolution
- Collecting renewals and ensuring persistency trend for branch customers
- Supporting the S2S team for lead generation
