Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing software components that meet those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple parts of application software, ensuring that each element functions correctly and integrates seamlessly. Time is also dedicated to maintaining existing systems, implementing enhancements, and developing new features to improve overall application performance and user experience. Collaboration with different teams and adapting to evolving project demands are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and technical approaches.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js.
- Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, Java Full Stack Development, Prompt Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with database management and integration, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Node.js.

- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
