Shift Timing - 9 PM to 6 AM (US Shift)
Working days - 6 Days/ week (Rotational week off)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious International Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. This
is a high-impact role where you’ll engage with customers across international markets, understand their requirements, and drive meaningful conversations that convert into enrolments.

working in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit.

Compensation & Training for Freshers:
* First 2 months will be a paid training period with a stipend of
₹20,000/month.
* Post successful completion of training, compensation will be ₹4.45 LPA +
Incentives.

For Experienced Candidates:
* Compensation range: ₹4.5–5.5 LPA, based on experience and interview
performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Engage with internationalcustomers through consultative sales conversations.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
* Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while consistently driving conversions.
* Communicate product value with confidence and a customer-first approach.
* Follow up proactively with prospective customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
* Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM tools.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering a strong customer experience.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to enrolment.
* Continuously improve sales performance through feedback, learning, and process optimization.

Requirements




* 0–3 years of experience in International Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or similar
customer-facing roles.
* Freshers are encouraged to apply.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation, objection-handling, follow-up, and closing skills.
* Comfortable interacting with customers across international markets.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven by results.
* Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management is preferred.
* Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or B2C sales is an added advantage.

Must-Have Skills
* Strong verbal communication and customer engagement skills.
* Ability to handle objections and confidently close sales.
* Strong understanding of sales processes and lead conversion.
* Ability to work towards and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Comfortable working in the US shift and interacting with international customers.
