Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve organizational targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and build robust relationships with clients, salons, beauty academies, makeup artists and industry professionals.
- Promote and sell Subharambh Foundation’s seminars, workshops, masterclasses, memberships, courses, events and other services.
- Handle B2B and B2C sales activities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, networking, references and field visits.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into paid registrations/business.
- Identify and approach potential sponsors, brand partners and exhibitors for events and seminars.
- Develop corporate tie-ups and strategic partnerships with beauty brands, salons, academies and professionals.
- Manage and guide the sales/telecalling team and monitor their daily performance.
- Set monthly sales targets for the team and ensure timely achievement.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions and revenue through proper records/CRM.
- Coordinate with the marketing and creative team for promotional campaigns and lead generation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities, promotional campaigns and networking initiatives.
- Attend seminars,



workshops, exhibitions and business meetings for lead generation and brand promotion.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
- Take responsibility for achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
