Job Summary

We are looking for a Specialized Recruitment Consultant who can manage end-to-end recruitment for skilled roles, particularly Lawyers, Chartered Accountants (CAs), Company Secretaries (CS), Finance professionals, and other specialized profiles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, communication, and candidate-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for specialized and professional positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
- Identify and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements and experience.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates' skills, experience, communication, and career expectations.
- Understand specialized profiles such as CA, CS, Lawyers, Finance, Taxation, Audit, Compliance, and Legal professionals.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong database/network of qualified professionals.




- Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment-related requirements.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to joining.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates and professional talent networks.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and closure timelines.

Preferred Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Law, or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment, executive search, staffing, or professional hiring preferred.
- Experience hiring CA, Lawyers, CS, CMA, Finance or Legal professionals will be highly preferred.
- Experience in an agency recruitment/executive search environment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
