We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive for handling the sale of individual villas in Coimbatore.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Promote and sell individual villas to prospective customers.

· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable villa options.

· Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, channel partners and digital platforms.





· Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients.

· Negotiate pricing, payment plans and close sales deals.

· Maintain accurate CRM and follow-up regularly.

· Co-ordinate with legal, CRM and finance teams for documentation and booking formalities.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

· Achieve monthly sales targets.

Skills & Requirements :

· Bachelor’s degree.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset.

. Well knowledge about real estate filed.

. The candidates should have a experience in real estate field.

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
