LSD Productions is looking for an energetic and creative Social Media, Marketing & Outreach Intern to support our digital marketing, brand communication, campaign execution, and outreach activities.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, communicating with people, discovering new opportunities, and working on campaigns across different brands, clients, creators, and businesses.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media

- Assist in managing social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for daily social media requirements.
- Prepare content ideas, captions, hashtags and basic content calendars.
- Schedule and publish approved social media content.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions and engagement.
- Track trends, trending formats, reels, creators and competitor activities.
- Assist in collecting content, photos and videos required for social media campaigns.

Marketing

- Support the team in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Research brands, companies, potential clients and business opportunities.
- Assist with campaign documentation, reports and presentations.
- Maintain marketing databases, campaign information and lead lists.
- Coordinate internally with design, development, production and marketing teams.
- Support promotional activities for LSD Productions and its associated projects/brands.

Outreach & Business Development Support

- Identify potential clients, brands, influencers, creators and collaboration opportunities.
- Conduct outreach through email, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and phone where required.




- Prepare and send approved introductory and follow-up messages.
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper records of conversations.
- Collect contact information of relevant decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings or calls for qualified prospects with the appropriate team member.
- Assist with influencer and creator outreach for client campaigns.
- Follow up with influencers regarding availability, commercials, deliverables and campaign requirements.
- Maintain an organised outreach and follow-up tracker.

Daily Activities

- Check assigned social media accounts and pending activities.
- Research new content ideas and trends.
- Coordinate upcoming posts with the design/content team.
- Identify and add relevant prospects to the outreach database.
- Conduct assigned outreach and follow-ups.
- Update lead and campaign status in the company system/tracker.
- Report key responses and opportunities to the reporting manager.
- Provide an end-of-day update on completed and pending activities.

Required Skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating professionally through phone, WhatsApp, email and social media.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Interest in digital marketing, branding and social media.
- Good internet research skills.




- Ability to follow up consistently without losing track of leads.
- Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets or Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.

Preferred

- Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media, Commerce or related fields.
- Basic understanding of Canva or similar creative tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM or lead-management tools is an advantage.
- Malayalam and English communication skills preferred.
- Interest in influencer marketing, advertising, entertainment, technology or media is an advantage.
