Key Responsibilities:Clinical Care:

- Conduct thorough physical exams and diagnostic evaluations for newborns, infants, children, and adolescents.
- Provide specialized care for premature and ill newborns, including management in the NICU.
- Perform resuscitation and stabilization of newborns at birth.
- Lead the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) team in managing complex and critical cases.
- Prescribe and interpret diagnostic tests and manage treatment plans.
- Provide inpatient and outpatient care for pediatric patients.
- Guide and support families regarding medical conditions, treatment, and long-term care needs.

Administrative & Supervisory Duties:

- Lead and supervise pediatric and NICU staff, including junior doctors, nurses, and technicians.
- Collaborate with other consultants and departments to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection control programs.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and clinical guidelines.
- Assist in policy-making, planning,



and development of pediatric services.

Training & Development:

- Conduct training and educational sessions for nursing and junior medical staff.
- Participate in continuous medical education (CME) and stay updated with the latest advancements.
- Mentor junior pediatricians and postgraduates (if applicable).

Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and updated medical records.
- Prepare discharge summaries and reports as required.
- Contribute to clinical audits and research initiatives, if any.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
