Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Institutional Marketer who is passionate about education and has extensive knowledge of local schools and colleges. This role will involve developing and executing strategies to promote our education and coaching services to institutions, building strong partnerships, and creating growth opportunities within the educational sector. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive awareness and enrollment through targeted marketing campaigns, events, and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers at local schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and expand our presence within the local education community.
- Organize and manage promotional events, workshops, and seminars in collaboration with institutions.
- Coordinate with the internal team to tailor marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns to meet the needs of specific institutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in creating content that aligns with the educational needs and values of institutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities within the education sector.

Qualifications:

- Atleast Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in institutional marketing, preferably within the education or coaching industry.
- Strong knowledge of the local education landscape, including schools, colleges, and educational stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain solid professional relationships with educational institutions.
- Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and event planning.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure and report on marketing effectiveness.
- Self-motivated, creative, and results-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with CRM software and marketing tools.
- Previous involvement in educational marketing campaigns or events.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A network within the local educational community is a plus.
