Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence, Workday Core Integrations, Workday Core HCM.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and developing scalable data models and reports.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data transformation and integration tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms and data security best practices.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics.
