Job Description

We are looking for a young, computer-savvy Tendering & Digital Marketing Assistant to support our sales and tendering activities for scientific and analytical instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Search and identify relevant Government, GeM and private tenders online.
- Prepare and upload tender documents, technical specifications, compliance statements and commercial documents.
- Handle GeM and other e-tendering portals and maintain records of submitted tenders.
- Coordinate with OEMs/principals to obtain quotations, brochures, authorization letters and technical documents.
- Prepare and edit quotations, brochures, technical datasheets, presentations and other sales documents.
- Regularly follow up with customers by email and telephone regarding quotations, tenders and ongoing requirements.
- Maintain customer and enquiry databases and track pending quotations/follow-ups.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other up-to-date software to create marketing content, product presentations, emails, brochures and social-media material.
- Assist in digital marketing, website/product updates, email campaigns and online lead generation.
- Search online for potential customers, new projects, tenders and sales opportunities.
- Handle PDF editing, document conversion, scanning, Excel sheets and general computer-related office work.

Preferred Qualification:

BCA / B.Sc. Computer Science / B.Sc. IT / Diploma in Computer Engineering / Diploma in Information Technology / BE-B.Tech Computer Science or IT / NIELIT computer qualification or similar computer-related course. Candidates with qualifications such as computer applications plus digital marketing may also be considered.

Skills Required:





- Excellent computer skills
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF editing
- Comfortable learning and using AI tools
- Good internet research skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Professional email and telephone communication
- Ability to follow up consistently with customers
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing/social media
- Attention to detail, especially when preparing tender documents
- Experience with GeM/e-tendering portals will be an advantage

Experience: Freshers with strong computer and communication skills can apply. Candidates with 1–3 years' experience in tendering, sales coordination, GeM or digital marketing will be preferred.
