Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging classroom lectures for BBA and MBA students.

Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessments.

Mentor and guide students in academic and professional development.

Conduct internal assessments and maintain academic records.

Participate in curriculum development, departmental activities, seminars, and workshops.

Support placement, industrial visits, and student development initiatives.

Foster an interactive and outcome-based learning environment.

Qualifications

MBA with specialization in HR, Marketing, General Management, or Tourism Management.





NET/SET/Ph.D. is preferred but not mandatory.

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Prior teaching experience in higher education will be an added advantage.
