Global HR Services, Specialist nnThis role is pivotal in delivering a smooth and efficient employee experience across the employee lifecycle. As a Specialist within Global HR Delivery, you will support highquality HR operations by ensuring accurate HRIS processing, timely service outcomes, and consistent employee and manager support, while partnering with key stakeholders to maintain solid service standards and continuous improvement.nnResponsibilitiesnn- Manage daytoday administration and maintenance of employee records in the HRIS for recent hires, existing employees, and exiting employees.n- Execute HiretoRetire transactions such as onboarding, employee data changes, letters, and separation actions.n- Provide employee and manager support through selfservice guidance and helpdesk responses.n- Prepare, process, and maintain HR documents and letters using standard templates (offer letters, confirmations, verification letters, etc.).n- Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing related to recent hires, changes, and exits.n- Support background verification and reference check processes as per defined guidelines.n- Generate, review, and analyze HR reports (headcount, attrition, leave balances, compliance metrics).n- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, data privacy norms, and statutory requirements.n- Identify and resolve data issues or case exceptions by partnering with HRIS, Payroll, Security, and other teams.n- Maintain high levels of data accuracy, documentation hygiene, and firsttimeright processing.n- Contribute to process improvements, SOPs, and knowledge documentation.n- Support additional HR operational processes as required. nnQualifications nn- Bachelors or masters degree,
