Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and drive engagement. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media channels.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and social media metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, design, sales) to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
- Engage with our online community,



respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships.
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates.

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Manager.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience in a specific industry is a plus.
