Experience: 1–2+ years in Influencer Marketing / Content Marketing

Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000/month

We are looking for a creative, passionate and knowledgeable Influencer & Content Strategist who understands what makes influencer content generate attention, engagement and sales.

What you'll do

- Develop influencer marketing and content strategies for Kerala Secrets
- Research and identify the right creators, content styles and campaign opportunities
- Analyse our existing influencer collaborations and identify what drives performance
- Develop hooks, scripts and storytelling concepts for influencer Reels
- Understand each influencer's personality and audience and create content specifically for them
- Study viral content, trends and consumer behaviour to develop new content ideas
- Work closely with influencers, content marketers and the video editor




- Analyse campaign performance and continuously improve content strategy
- Build systems and processes to scale influencer marketing

What we're looking for
- Strong understanding of Instagram, influencers and short-form content
- Excellent hook writing, script writing and storytelling skills
- Strong creative and analytical thinking
- Ability to understand why content works or doesn't work
- Positive understanding of consumer psychology and conversion-focused content
- Hands-on influencer marketing experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Someone who takes ownership, experiments and learns quickly

Portfolio/examples of influencer campaigns, scripts or content strategy will be highly valued.
