Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance standards to ensure product consistency and compliance.
- Identify process inefficiencies and develop improvement strategies using data-driven methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Conduct training programs for employees to enhance their understanding of best practices and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports on process performance and improvements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial,



or related field).
- Proven experience in process engineering, quality assurance, or manufacturing operations.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience in training and mentoring employees.
- Knowledge of manufacturing software and automation tools.
