- Lead the design and implementation of ETL solutions using tools like IICS, Talend, and other traditional ETL platforms.
- Architect and optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data engineers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in ETL development with Informatica PowerCenter or IICS
- Hands-on expertise in building and optimizing complex ETL pipelines.
- Experience integrating with data warehouses, data lakes, or cloud platforms
- Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter and IICS for ETL/ELT development.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and transformation logic.




- Familiarity with Python or Java for scripting and custom integrations.
- Must be valuable with Python and PySpark for data pipeline building.
- Must have experience of working with streaming data sources and Kafka.
