- Acknowledge, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets assigned to the team accurately.
- Escalate incidents internally or to 3rd party partners when necessary.

Duties:
- Maintain the network infrastructure: Incident resolution, problem resolution.
- Troubleshooting, coordination with third-party suppliers as well as with the central IT department of the customer.
- Advise the project team and ECTL in areas such as capacity management.
- Contingency planning, workplace planning, configuration management, and other relevant tasks related to the role.
- Design and implement network solutions.
- Maintain relevant documents/manuals describing the network infrastructure.
- Provide input for incidents/problems/defects post-closure analysis to the incident/problem manager and/or the technical team leader.
- Provide input or organize regular knowledge transfer sessions.
Working Conditions:
- Work shifts of 8 hours covering the time range between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM from Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required for occasional overtime or standby duty.
Employment and technical requirements:

- Switching and routing engineer (Cisco Nexus 9k, Catalyst, VRFs, and OSPF Routing).
- Wireless LAN controller (Cisco).
- 802.1x / Cisco ISE.
- Firewall engineer (Checkpoint).
- Pulse Secure SSL VPN (plus).
- Load-balancer F5 (plus).
- IPAM, DNS, Proxy, and ServiceNow knowledge (plus).
- Cisco Meraki experience and skills.
- Aruba.
- Access Points provisioning.
- Access Points management.
- Wireless clients management.
- Wireless clients filtering.
- Wireless clients accounting.
