Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Director to lead the ServiceNow practice, enterprise platform strategy, delivery, architecture, client engagement, and team growth. The candidate should have robust experience across the ServiceNow platform and proven leadership in large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall ServiceNow practice and delivery organization.

Define ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, governance, and architecture.

Manage large-scale ServiceNow implementation and transformation programs.

Lead enterprise architecture and ensure scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Manage senior architects, technical leads, developers, consultants,



and delivery managers.

Partner with CIO/CTO, IT leadership, and business stakeholders.

Drive ServiceNow COE (Center of Excellence), governance, standards, and best practices.

Own delivery quality, SLAs, budgets, utilization, and customer satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for ServiceNow expansion, transformation, and managed services.

Support pre-sales activities, RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, proposals, and client presentations.

Build strategic relationships with ServiceNow and implementation partners.

Drive automation, integration, and platform modernization initiatives
