Role Description The Export Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing and expanding the company's international sales and export operations. Day-to-day activities include identifying and developing new overseas markets, managing export documentation and compliance, and coordinating with logistics providers to ensure timely shipments. The role involves negotiating with global customers and distributors, preparing business proposals, and collaborating with internal engineering and sales teams to align product offerings with market requirements. The Export Manager will monitor international trade regulations, analyze market trends, forecast demand, and support pricing strategies to drive sustainable growth in targeted regions.
Qualifications

- Strong export operations skills, including Export documentation, compliance,



and logistics management.
- Experience in International Business and International Trade, with knowledge of trade regulations, incoterms, and global market dynamics.
- Sales and Business Planning skills to develop market-entry strategies, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with international clients and partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent specialization is an advantage.
- Prior experience in exports within technology, engineering, or electronics sectors is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems used for sales and export tracking.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to regulatory requirements.
