Must-Have

- Design and administer SharePoint Online, OneDrive environments & Teams.
- Integrate Power Platform with Teams, SharePoint, and external systems via APIs.
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Copilot across Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Maintain Power Platform apps, flows, and reports (Power Apps, Automate, BI).
- Automate admin tasks with PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with network, security, and endpoint teams for secure M365 integration.
- Troubleshoot Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint issues, collaborating with Microsoft support for advanced problem resolution.
- Knowledge on Azure Entra ID tenant, including user provisioning, groups and roles




- Knowledge of Azure DevOps with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform for automated deployments and release management.
- Understanding of licensing, tenant management, and governance frameworks.
- Positive knowledge on Plan, execute, and validate migrations from Sharepoint online or file shares to SharePoint Online using tools like SPMT, ShareGate, and PowerShell automation.
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and configuration baselines.
- Drive adoption and training for M365, Power Platform, and Copilot capabilities.

Good-to-Have

- Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
- Azure Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access policy management and identity governance.
- Governance, security, and DLP for AI and automation tools.
