- We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to oversee and manage our organizations IT infrastructure and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Nutanix, VMware, Linux, Windows, antivirus solutions, patch management, and ISO standards. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for ISO process documentation and ensuring compliance with information security and operational protocols.
- Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management:
- Administer and maintain Nutanix, VMware, Linux, and Windows environments.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Antivirus and Patch Management:
- Deploy and manage antivirus solutions across the organization.
- Develop and implement patch management processes to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.
- ISO Standards Compliance:
- Design, implement, and manage processes adhering to ISO standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with ISO guidelines and policies.
- Process Documentation:
- Develop detailed documentation for IT processes, including policies, procedures,



and workflows.
- Maintain up-to-date records to support compliance audits and certifications.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in IT infrastructure and security.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Expertise in Nutanix, VMware, Linux, and Windows systems.
- Robust knowledge of antivirus solutions and patch management processes.
- Proven experience with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 27001) and process documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., VMware, Nutanix, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer) are a plus.
