- Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure they meet purchase order specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including documentation of stock levels and stock movements.
- Organize and store materials in a clean, secure, and accessible manner within the warehouse or storeroom.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts to verify stock accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and supplies required for operational activities.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams to manage stock requirements and prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Monitor stock usage trends and assist in forecasting demand for essential items.
- Ensure proper labeling and identification of all stored materials.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in storage areas.
- Generate and maintain reports related to inventory, stock status, and goods receipt.
