Job Description:

Paramatrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Lead Developer for Finacle to oversee the design, development, and implementation of Finacle solutions. The role involves defining architecture, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Development: Oversee end-to-end Finacle application development and ensure high-quality coding standards.
- Architecture Design: Define system architecture, technology stack, and best practices for Finacle solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, review code, and promote knowledge sharing.
- Requirement Translation: Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, QA,



and other stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation for architecture, workflows, and technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5 – 10 years of experience in Finacle development or core banking solutions.
- Robust expertise in Finacle modules and architecture.
- Experience in solution design, system integration, and enterprise application development.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
