Job Description:

Paramatrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking an Application Technical Support professional with expertise in Finacle and Banking Systems. The role involves providing support for Finacle applications, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, documenting incidents, and ensuring smooth banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Application Support: Provide technical assistance and support for Finacle and other banking systems used within the organization.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve issues or system errors in Finacle applications.
- Incident Management: Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues for reference and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT,



operations, and business teams to address technical challenges and improve system efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of workflows, system configurations, fixes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3 – 8 years of experience in technical support or application support, preferably in banking or Finacle systems.
- Solid knowledge of Finacle applications and banking processes.
- Experience troubleshooting banking systems and implementing resolutions.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
