- 7 to 14 years of experience.
- Extensive experience in Performance Testing, specifically with LoadRunner.
- Proficiency in NFR (Nonfunctional Requirement) gathering.
- Strong scripting skills, particularly with Web Applications and APIs (API experience is a plus), with multiple protocol experience, including custom coding.
- Hands-on experience in execution and analysis.
- Real-time experience with monitoring tools such as Recent Relic, Sumologic, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, etc. (Exposure alone is not sufficient).
- At least 5 years of experience in stakeholder interactions.
