- Overall 10 to 14 years of experience in Project Management Skills/ Certification
- Must have played an Project manager role in at least one successful billing transformation projects in Telecom domain
- 10+ years of experience in Implementation using Oracle communication charging and billing product (BRM and related products)
- Worked with C level senior management for on- shore/ off- shore model with multi- cultural team.
- Excellent exposure to Customer Facing, Stake Holder Management and Vendor Management.
- Must have experience successfully leading complex technical engagements and teams, throughout the entire project lifecycle, with team sizes ranging from 10- 25 resources
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Experience in understanding the requirement and translating that to functional design.
- Experience in effort estimation for RFPs
- Profound verbal and non- verbal communications skills
- Valuable attitude and interpersonal skills
- Ready to travel as per project requirement Qualification
