## Job Summary

Quality Thought is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable **C++ & DSA Trainer** to deliver high-quality technical training to students and working professionals. The trainer will be responsible for teaching **C++ programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms** through practical, hands-on sessions.

## Key Responsibilities

* Conduct instructor-led training sessions on **C++ Programming and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)**.

* Explain programming concepts clearly using real-time examples and practical exercises.

* Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, coding exercises, and assessments.

* Teach C++ fundamentals, OOP concepts, STL, pointers, memory management, and advanced C++ concepts.

* Train students on **Data Structures** such as Arrays, Strings, Linked Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, Graphs, Hashing, and Heaps.

* Teach **Algorithms** including Sorting, Searching, Recursion, Energetic Programming, Greedy Algorithms, and Graph Algorithms.

* Conduct coding practice sessions and help students improve their problem-solving skills.

* Evaluate student performance through assignments, coding tests, mock interviews, and assessments.

* Provide individual feedback and mentoring to students.

* Resolve students technical doubts and provide guidance on coding problems.





* Keep training content updated according to current industry requirements.

* Conduct interview preparation and coding assessment sessions.

* Collaborate with the academic/training team to improve course content and delivery.

## Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of **C++ Programming**.

* Excellent understanding of **Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)**.

* Strong knowledge of **OOP concepts**.

* Hands-on experience with **STL in C++**.

* Good understanding of problem-solving and competitive programming concepts.

* Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.

* Strong coding and debugging skills.

* Good communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to handle both beginner and advanced-level learners.

## Preferred Skills

* Experience as a **C++ Trainer, DSA Trainer, Technical Trainer, Coding Instructor, or Faculty**.

* Experience with coding platforms such as LeetCode, HackerRank, CodeChef, or similar platforms.

* Knowledge of **C++11/14/17/20**.

* Experience in conducting technical interviews or coding assessments.

* Knowledge of placement and interview preparation.
