Associate Lead, Software Development

KLA's Global Products Group (GPG) is seeking an Associate Lead, Software Development to join the Surfscan Image Computing (IMC) subsystem team. This role is perfect for a software engineer who specializes in designing, developing, and integrating high-performance computing clusters for our Surfscan tools, enabling the acquisition and processing of large amounts of data to deliver significant value to KLA's customers.

Responsibilities

- Work on the Surfscan IMC (Image Computing) subsystem team, specializing in software design, development, and integration of current and next-generation high-performance computing clusters.
- Attend design meetings to contribute to architectural decisions.
- Develop software components that contribute to the core functionality of the system.
- Drive the integration of different software modules to ensure seamless operation.

Skills

- Primarily work with C++ under Linux, utilizing technologies like Intel MPI, CUDA, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Utilize tools such as gdb for debugging and GitHub and RTC for code management.

Qualifications

- Doctorate (Academic) Degree; or Master's Level Degree; or Bachelor's Level Degree.
