Job description

Role & responsibilities

Manpower Planning and Budgeting:

- Conduct thorough manpower planning and budgeting analysis to align with business requirements.

Talent Acquisition

- Manage bulk hiring processes, ensuring timely release of offer letters.
- Plan and execute recruitment drives at branch locations.

Onboarding

- Oversee the entire employee onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration into the bank.

Employee Lifecycle Management

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.

Employee Engagement and Development

- Educate staff on bank policies and procedures.
- Address and resolve employee grievances effectively.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals
