Experience with distributed systems APIs Event Driven and microservices architecture Handson experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling Robust understanding of cloud platforms (Ex. OCP GCP) GenAI / LLM Expertise (MustHave) Handson experience with Devin Claude / Anthropic models Developer tools like Cursor / Copilotequivalent tools Strong understanding of Prompt engineering RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) Agentbased workflows / tool usage Multiagent architectures MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and integrations Agentic services and autonomous AI workflows including orchestration tool chaining and decisiondriven execution across systems Soft Skills & Expectations Ability to operate in fastpaced evolving environments with high adoption demands Strong collaboration with crossfunctional and LOB teams Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Experience working in enterprise environments with governance and compliance requirements Passion for enabling teams and driving measurable productivity improvements Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
